No Parcel Delivered!

I went to the Postnet banch in Kloof as our local post office had closed for renovations. I was sending a dvd of my sons school concert to his granny in Johannesburg. When entering the store I enquired whether or not they could send the parcel with a tracking number to which she nonchalantly replied no. So I asked what other options I had to which she said it would be over R200 for a DHL Parcel delivery, or regular post. I asked about the regular post option and she assured me that it would take about 7 working days to deliver and will be received with no problem at all. It has been 12 working days and no parcel has been received as yet. I then called this morning and was bluntly told that sorry there is nothing they can do unless there is a tracking number? He never even asked who assisted me and showed absolutely no interest in the problem. So for me its unfortunately R320 for the dvd Postage, never mind the devastated granny who doesn't get to see the concert! My Loss?! Very upsetting! But will never use their services again!
