Ricoh heading for insolvency?

Ricoh have recently been taking unauthorised amounts from the bank accounts of ex-clients. Are they desperate for money? Unable to settle their debts? They acknowledged last week that they owe us a refund, and that they took the money out of our bank account for no good reason, but to date they have been unable to scrape together enough money to refund us. Perhaps all Ricoh clients should take note, and start looking for alternative suppliers?
