Ricoh Dealership Incorrect Billing 60 Months

I was incorrectly billed by Ixiom Network Solutions in Alberton over a 60 month period which amounts to hundreds of thousands of rands. I have tried to get a resolution and sort this problem to no avail. I then asked Wayne Green from Ricoh SA to go through my spread sheet and see and what their dealership did and wanted a meeting to explain the problem but looks like there is no time for a meeting to explain. I was charged for services not signed for in my contract and also charged wrong rates from the first month. i was also charged per development and not per copy as per contract.

I will remove this Complaint if i am given the meeting request as i asked for and the problem is solved.

If not I will get the lawyers, forensic auditors and SARS involved!!!

I also sent an email to Mr Richard Pinker from Ricoh SA and have not had any response from him.
