I recently paid the above mentioned a deposit of R4000.00 to do a parental agreement for myself and my ex! I thought lawyers were supposed to be professional. Funny how I get the following "My apologies. I just noticed that the numbering is not yet correct. You can correct it yourselves, to save time" Over and above this she refused to reply to my mails and refused to complete the work, due to invoices not being paid. Yet she is holding a deposit that supersedes the invoice value. I subsequently asked her to return my documents and I would complete the work elsewhere. I am still waiting for a reply.
