Breach of contract / no delivery and

Hi, I was quoted by the above mentioned supplier and paid a deposit for work to be done. they have completed maybe 30% of the work and for the past few weeks have been making excuses and promises to complete the work requested. the work in question was to prepare and lay the driveway.

Work was to commence on the 14th of October 2014 and deposit paid on the 11th of October 2014. This morning 28 October 2014, Mr EDUARD BENADE came to my property and removed his tools and left the premises. He also removed two of my spades. I know this is petty, but felt that i highlight the hight of sheer disrepect.

I also received a quote from the head of sales Mr Morne saying "thanks for the R8000 :-P "

I hope that no one uses this provider and does not get.
