Still waiting for deposit reimbursement!

On 25 Jan 2013 I signed a lease agreement with Flexi-Club following a presentation at Canal Walk. I was told that i could cancel the agreement within 5 days as per the new consumer act. I paid R500 cash as a deposit. On 28 Jan, I faxed through a request to cancel the agreement. I also called Club Leisure to verbally request the cancellation. I was instructed by Navashni Govender to send through an email with my request including reimbursement of the deposit. On 1 Feb I called Navashni again, she asked me to resend the email as she hadn't received it. After no response, I emailed her a third time on the 4th of Feb. On the 5th she replied - apologized for not responding as she wasn't able to open my emails. She stated that she would forward my request to the marketing agency and get back to me with feedback. On the 13th of Feb I emailed again but didn't receive a response. Now more than a month later I have still not heard from Navashni despite having sent two emails to her again this week - I know she's read the emails as I've received "read" receipts that I had set up. I am absolutely appalled by this situation! I want feedback and my deposit returned ASAP!
