Hi,

I ordered a special with my Justine Consultant the special with the A FIRM TIME REVERSAL . This consisted of the day cream and night cream and the 7 day miracle tubes. I paid my cash of R 560 .

Only now in January have i recieved my Day cream (order was ordered in Nov /Dec already). I have been advised that i shall only recieve my night cream when my consultant places the next order. Which she will recieve the order by end of FEB . This in total is now roughly 3 months.

SERIOUSLY!!! I have not recieved all of my products. Apprently they are out of stock and will only be sending me the night cream end of FEB,

I paid for all 3 products at a special rate, i would like all my 3 products this includes the night cream and the seven day tubes. As a client i should not be robbed of this.

Been in a sector where i am on a consumer desk complaints i will not hesistate to take this further if this is not sorted out with a consumer ombudsman.
