I order up to twice a month from Avon for ladies at my office. I am so very very tired of receiving shorted deliveries or incomplete orders. Amongst everything I ordered last Monday - which was the 1st day of campaign 11 - i ordered 2 x Blusher Bronzer duo pg 48 item code 08508 @R 149.95 each. It was the FIRST day of the campaign - guess what - not in stock! Then I also ordered the Kayleigh Necklace and earing set pg13 item code 65024 @R 59.00. The necklace arrived - but no earrings! Virtually every order has something wrong, something shorted or just not supplied. On top of everything the order was ordered and paid for on Monday 30 Sept and only delivered today because your IT dept was not working to process orders. Now to get the earrings - I will have to order the set AGAIN - at my cost - organise for the earrings to be credited which normally takes around a month and then hopefully the set arrives in my next order. Please sort yourselves out Avon - this is making Avon look inefficients and sloppy and I am not happy at having to always make an excuse for the poor service. The ladies here at work already know that Avon cannot be trusted to deliver as per order. Sad - very SAD!!
