Late Avon Goods As Per Usual

Four months ago I ordered a few products from Avon and was assured to receive it within four days only to have waited for it for two weeks. another month passed and I ordered from Avon again and again I was assured of a four day waiting period only have waited for four weeks AND the other half of my order was not included with this delivery.
The rep I ordered it from showed me that she did process my order and it even showed on the receipt she got with the latest delivery. To this day I still have not received my goods, despite checking with my rep on a regular basis.
I love Avon products, but because of this I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
