I booked an appointment and do acknowledge that I was late but the process takes fifteen minuets which was the time that was left, beautician said she will be going in fifteen minuets and can not even start that fifteen minuets treatment. For the service that they provide I wish they could be more accommodative, wanting to buy dermatological is not cheap for me to have received that treatment and bad attitude. However the receptionist was very friendly she must keep up the good work. This was last week Wednesday. 06 feb 13
