Eskom installs Faulty meter which almost burns hom

We changed our electricity supply from the conventional meter to a prepaid. The meter has been giving us problems since it was installed three hours ago. It trips every 1hour and we reported it to Eskom- as due protocol, . a kind named technician-Koos was sent out to help us at 5pm- he told us the Eskom sub-contractor had installed a faulty meter and there's nothing he could do- he called the sub-contractor Cellphone 0744243330 and he was told about it. The Eskom technician was told by the contract to give us temporary supply- which he attempted at 6pm - the power died and well called Cellphone 0744243330- the Rude sub-contractor insulted me, as I asked what happens now- he told me it's none of his business- "he will not leave his house for US" and cursed in Afrikaans- as a paying customer I do not need to insulted when asking for service. If my issue isn't resolved I will take this to the consumer protector- can someone please reprimanded the subcontract. At 7:17pm started burning and he was not going to come out and help us!!! I have 5 ref numbers and no power and I'm not sure what's happening
