I have a complaint about Sorbet Bryanston (Lower Level). I have been going there for the past 3 years and have always received good service. Lately however I find the service sub-standard as my nails start to peel 3 days after I've had them done. The ladies working there are also extremely loud shouting at each other over customers heads and discussing customers in their own language with one another. Frequently when you ask for a specific colour they dont have it. The receptionist ordered stock for the store while I was in the middle of my treatment expecting the technician to get up and check whether she has what she is asking for while I had to wait. You are also expected to sit in a chair and twist your body into all different positions in order for two technicians to work on your hands and feet simultaneously with the TV always on one or the other blaring channel. When you phone for an appointment they can never accommodate you yet when you get there at a time not necessarily suitable they always say they are not very busy. Sorry guys but I think you are going to lose a lot more customers in future if something is not done soon.
