I would like to compliment Sorbet Paulshof for there wonderful service.
After having the worst service of my life from Lonehill Sorbet I decided to try Paulshof Sorbet.
From the time I phoned in to make my appointment with Lauren she was so friendly, helpful, cheerful and went beyond her call of duty by trying to find an appointment for my daughter and I at the same time and instead of keeping me waiting phoned me back 15min later with my appointment time. More people need Laurens in reception!! When I did go for my appointment on Saturday at 16h00 I had a pedicure from Vuyo who was very good always smiled and was very proffessional. My daughter had a facial with Phoebi and said it was the best and Phoebi was also very knowledgeable and took my daughter step by step on explaining to her about her first facial. She loved it and Phoebi was very friendly and professional to. All the staff at Paulshof have a great attitude and I would recommend Paulshof Sorbet to anyone especially those in the Lonehill area!! Keep up the positive attitude...
