POSTBANK MONEY FROM PENSIONERS

Begining of December, my mom went to the Dube Postbank branch to withdraw her pension money. She was told by Selina (teller) that the money is not in yet. After 2 days when she went back, she was then told by Selina that the money was withdrawn from her without an ID document. I logged a complaint with the branch manager and the area manager Gordfrey Sekgakweng. Since December the 6th, my mom has still not recieved her pension money for December, the area manager, Godfrey, decided to take his leave without even resolving this matter. IT clearly shows that our pension citizens are being robbed by this bank and even the area manager has no decency to assit when money has been by their tellers and no one seems to care. I want this area manager to refund my mom her pesion money and also compensate her for the agrivation and inconvenience caused since she could not even enjoy her Christmas because someone in that bank in Dube her money. He came back on the 5th of Feb and didnt even bother to get back to me and when i spoke to him on the 6th, he was very RUDE and told me that they are still invstigating. This is dispicable service and intolerable. URGENT FEEDBACK REQUIRED!!!
