I sent a complaint on behalf of my grand mother about her billing on Friday, 01.02.2013 via customer care email. Reason being I first called the call centre and received no HELP whatsoever... And I only received a pathetic response on Friday 08.02.2012 simply sayig:
Feedback for your complaint, please visit your nearest eskom office.

My grandmother, the most faithful citizen of this country I know, she has been paying diligently until her metre box was changed last year August 2012. She received billing in September which she paid. And as I understand her last metre reading was done in Aug 2012.
Her next 3x bills (Oct, Nov and Dec) came charging R0.00. Which obviously she did not pay. Now a metre reading was done this year January (4217) and she has been billed for an amount of R4, 280 odd rands.

No resolutio to the matter, just VISTIT your nearest office. I need this resolved. The feedback is totally unacceptable. My reference number: 88275090. Now can somone please attend to this matter and resolve accordingly. I will not be visiting any office. This is a SENIOR CITIZEN we are talking about, who gets GRANT. not some wealth rich lady sitting around with R4k to give away!
