Their service and attitude!

I ordered vests from this company, and waited almost 2 weeks for delivery, having paid the full amount up front. I ordered specific vests with our logo printed on it, and what they sent me was nipple revealers, which i DID NOT want! I spoke to Nirusha, and she then sent me a very evasive e-mail not claiming responsibility for their mistake, I am now sitting with vests I did not order! They are avoiding our calls, not responding to e-mails, and the managing director, doesn't take calls from anyone! Unprofessionalism at its best! They claim to have no record of what i ordered - what company keeps no records of what orders get placed??!! They claim that their staff member went "out on a frolic of her own" - what managing director doesn't know what his staff are doing?? I am utterly disappointed, and highly recommend that people out there avoid using this company completely. Lack of both service and professionalism, and to top it all, refusal to communicate with their customers!!
