Lack of feedback from the Public Protector Office

COMPLAIN: RE - Kedibone Senamolela and Paballo Moseki (Mafikeng Office)
Case Reference Number: 7/2-016629/12
I would like to bring this matter to your attention for assistance. I lodged a complain with your office on 06/08/2012 on behalf of my mother (ST Koos). I received an acknowlwdgment letter via post for the complaint and was promised feedback in due course.
It's almost a year and no feedback or update is received from the office.
This makes me wonder which Public your office is protecting.
