Good day
Karebo completed the installation at my home on the 23rd Jan 2013.
since then I have made 4-5 calls requested them to please return my original shower head.
I have also emailed them and used the contact us page on the website.
To date the call centre agents reply is the unit will be returned the following day, and I still wait.
