Globes that damged transformers/ bad service

Last year August Karebo came to my place to replace the globes in my house. 44 globes in total was changed and 2 weeks after the change 2 globes started flickering. i called in to Karebo JHB and they told me that i do not have to worry. A week later they stopped working all together and when i e-mailed i got no reply from Karebo. i then called Enrico recently he then gave me attitude and telling me about the transformer that was faulty with out sending some one out to see as that is part of customer service. he has a serious attitude and did not even request for my address to access the problem. I have 2 different issues with Karebo for 2 different houses that i own. the second is my other place i requested that they add a geyser timer to the place when they added the timer there was power to the stove. Once they completed the installation there was no power and that was 4 weeks ago, since then nobody has arrived as i have to fit into their schedules and accomodate their electricians. when i called the guy that intalled the unit he said they could of possibly used the stoves wires somewhere else.
