Parcel sitting at Witspos for what?

I recently purchased a product from a supplier in Cape Town. The supplier checked in the product at Post Office in Paarden Eiland on 21 -01-2013. The product was sent to Witspos on 24-01-2013. The product is sitting there for nothing, can thje post office deliever the product, we pay handsomely for delivery of products, but yet i am not getting delivery of anything. My parcel number is PE776648973ZA
