Booking in adsvance

I was at Happy Wonders on December 14, 2025, after eating at Rocky Bay, to show my brother the campsite where I want to camp in 2026 (Stand 54 and 55). At reception, I wanted to make a booking and was told we could only make a booking from February 1, 2026. I did this, and now I'm informed it is already booked by the people camping there in December 2025.

I was told that if you camp there in December 2025, you can make a booking for 2026. How is it possible to discriminate against me when I wanted to make a booking in December 2025 and was told I could not?

So my question is: where is the fairness in this? Why is it not first coming, first served for the booking? You do not run a race with people at the start line and others at the halfway line. what is the point of having a race and then claim I'm the winner"
