REFUND QUERY PAY BACK MY MONEY

I booked a soccer trip from Pretoria to Durban for a group of 20 lads for the boys to participate in a soccer tournament in Durban. I made the booking on the 11th of November for the 28th to the 30th of November. I was requested to pay a deposit, and they debited my account for four thousand and twenty rands and sixty cents.

An email was sent to me saying that a debit of the balance would be deducted about two weeks from the initial payment. However, I had clicked on the option to pay the balance at the venue. To my surprise, on the 21st, they attempted to debit my account seven times because I didn't have enough funds.

They then sent me an email stating that they canceled my booking because I was unable to pay the balance of one thousand and eighty rands. I received an email stating that my booking was canceled and that the cancellation was free. I was told to wait for my refund in the next 7 to 14 days.

I borrowed money from the coach to make another booking, but this time for 12 boys because the rest decided to stay over at family places for the weekend. I started calling and sending emails, being pushed from pillar to post. At this moment, I do not have money to go online and call all the time.

Eventually, I got hold of someone knowledgeable who told me that I should contact Isipingo Bayside. I called and spoke to a lady who explained that Booking is causing them to lose clients because when bookings are made through them, they either cancel the booking or do not oblige and give customers back their full refund, even though they state they will give the money back. She said she never received an email from Booking for assistance with any booking.

I even sent Booking the feedback I got from Isipingo Bayside, explaining that the money is with Booking and that due to their inconvenience, I had to pay money and rebook in this South African economy. Now, it's Christmas, and I need the money ASAP. I am not rich, and I do not have four thousand and eighty rands and twenty cents to give away for free. Why are these Europeans taking us for a ride? We need to do something. Please help me. I need my money. It has been almost two months, and they have not refunded me yet. Is it fair? Why must we deal with these European companies and be made to cry tears of blood for our hard-earned money, our parents' hard-earned money? Please assist me. My name is Timothy Netsha.
