Non Receipt of Municipal Account

We have been the managing agent for Trevesa Court, account number 10001562, since March 2024. We managed to obtain the account dated 16.02.2024, but after that, we have not received any account statements. I have tried phoning, but none of the numbers on the website work. I have sent approximately 30 emails to Emfuleni requesting the account and asking for the email address on the system to be changed so that I receive the account. I have not received any response from the Municipality.
