Inhumane Service at Emfuleni Mediclinic

My 16 month old Baby was xtremely illl and running xtremely high temperatures. Our paed examined my Baby and immediately indicated that he had to be admitted on the same day 25th Sep 2013.Naturally we chose Emfuleni Mediclini. The attitude and service by the administration department and casualty was appalling and disgusting!! I will never take any member of my family there again. The staff was insensitive, unwilling to assist in any way, and incompetent. My Baby's temperature was 39 deg C and the casualty staff measured it to be 36!!! how incompetent can you be? thankfully I had taken my thermometer and rushed my nanny to the pharmacy outside to get medication for my screaming child cos the hospital was unwilling to help, even the doctors present were ridicolously insensitive and incompetent! We waited for administration staff to process our forms for 6 hours!!! I strongly advise that Sister Hende and Mimi van der linde get control of your staff. You are taking all our money and not even providing any proper services. Your staff has no feelings and supposed to be dealing with people. Wake UP!!! VERY UPSET# I would rather die at home than go to Emfuleni Mediclinic.
