Still waiting for Karebo to fix what they broke!

Karebo Systems did a roll-out at our complex on the 21st of Jan 2013.
They got to my place at around 7 that eve due to an incorrect installation at my neighbours' house, causing them to sit without electricity. The person who did the light replacements at my place took it upon himself to remove some of the lights with a knife. He pulled the light fitting so hard that the ceiling broke around the light fitting. He then tried to glue this back, seriously! I'm now sitting with this huge hole in my ceiling and a light hanging from the roof. I immediately informed the supervisor and she told me it will get fixed. Weeks later and no one has done anything about this! I've phoned Karebo Systems (lady by the name Suprise and guy by the name Smith) numerious times and they keep telling me it will get fixed. I was promised it will get done on Friday 1st of Feb. No one came or phoned me to say they won't be making it. Monday when I phoned I was promised they'll be at my place on Wednesday the 6th of Feb between 12 and 1.No one pitched again! I phoned again and was told they'll get to it before 1.At 5pm on Wednesday Smith phoned and told me he would be at my place on Thurs at 10am. Again no one!!
