3 appointments and no show for Karebo

I got a call Friday 25/02 from Molly from Karebo System asking if they could make an appointment for me on the next day. I already had plans and told her so but she was insistent it should be done on Saturday else there would be a 3 week wait before they got back to my area.

I got back to her after conferring with my wife and moving our plans for Saturday around. I confirmed 11am Saturday. Nobody pitched by 12:30 pm soI phoned the complaints department and Eric said they would get back to me soon. At 19:50 pm someone phoned and confirmed that he would come Monday before 10am. Nobody pitched on Monday. I spoke to Janet at the call center on Monday and she confirmed that someone would come on Tuesday between 8am and 10am. Nobody showed.

8-9 hours wasted over 3 days. No follow up calls. No apologies. No service. No compensation.
