Too far to walk

I asked the security staff if they could help me get a trolley because I had some heavy bags that I couldn't carry by myself. There were no trolleys outside, so I requested their assistance. However, they replied that it was too far to walk and they couldn't help. This response is totally unacceptable. Please sort out your security.
