Daily medical refunds dep
No refunds received in over 3 months

I am having a continues problem with receiving my monthly medicine refunds. It seems unfair for the process to take over 3 months I always go hand my receipts in, but nothing seems to happen. This is causing a problem with purchases my daily CRONICH PAIN MEDS. Is a court order still valid in South Africa? (section 17)
