Charges R265 for an overnight service not delivere

Postnet Vaal Mall charged me R265 for an overnight delivery. I accepted due to the parcel having had to be delivered the NEXT DAY - it was important that it had to be delivered on THAT DAY.

The parcel was never delivered on time and I wasted R265.
