Dinied to apply for Prepaid meter!

My name is Samuel Ramalivhana.

I have a shop which uses Eskom electricity and my problem is that we always pay the high tarriffs irrespective of how much we used. So i want to have the prepaid meter installed so that i can see what i am using.

I tried to speak to the responsible people and they just say it is against Eskom policy which i doubt.
I think it is just a way of ripping off people.
