We purchased a biometric system from Modern Networks and they really have no product knowledge of the system they sold us. They are unhelpful when you do call up and ask for assistance and cannot wait to pass the buck to the IT people who has nothing to do with their system. Due to their incompetence we have lost all our data and have to start from scratch and re- fingerprint more than 100 employees on the system again.

I would not recommend this company as you will only get attitude for their lack of knowledge.
