Rude and bad attitude

What a nice place for the kids to play, just a pitty that the owners/managers are so rude and has a attitude towards the customers, who without they will have no business. Then there are also the waiters who take ages to bring you a menu, take your order and bring the food. I would rather look for other play centers than support Jimmy Jungles. Don't be surprised if customers stop supporting you. You are not doing the parents any favors, it's actually the other way around.
