Great service is hard to find these days

I would just like to thank people working at Pet A Pond for their brilliant service, it is so hard these days to find good service in the pet industry. I bought a Striped Coolie Loach from them on 2013/02/06, it must have gotten hurt somewhere during getting caught or put in the plastic bag. It died on the way home, I phoned them up and asked them if they would replace it for me. They said that it was fine I should just return the fish too them which I did and they replaced it with a healthy one. Great service guys I will whole heartedly recommend you too anyone who is looking to buy fish or other pets from your great store.
