Waitress attitude and food cold

Came from holiday and stop at Petroport Heidelburg west N3 Northbound Steers to buy food. 1) Staff not very help full 2) When they bring the food they raised there voice to us when we ask about the food bring to us. 3) No fork and Knifes to the rest of us. 8 people in our group place an order and only 2 get cutlery. The burgers and chips where cold. We did not complain to them as they have an attitude toward there customers. The shop was not busy and I can't see why we would have such poor service from them. In future we will rather make use of one of the other take a ways near them. We usually buy at Steers but no thanks not again. Rroselina where one of the Lady's who help when we place the orders. Somebody else bring our food to our table and then still we need to remind them of the hot chocolate and cool drinks that we order. the she want to see our slip to make sure we did not to them.
