I applied for BEE Exemption certificate for a tender that was closing the following day. Due to the time pressure I could not send the docs for commissioner of oath. My application was accepted and not declined due to the incompleteness and application sent back to get it complete.By the time I received the docs back to further complete it was 11:45 and the tender was closing at 12 as I told them. I then communicated with them that the tender I was chasing is closing in 15 min. After the closing I requested full refund because the tender I was chasing has closed and stated that there are a lot of BEE assurers where I stay but they take time to issue a certificate. The reason why I chose Vencorp was because they promised to issue one within an hour and that was befitting the time pressure I was under. Basically they refuse to refund my R450.
