I had a car accident in 2012, My insurance approved everything I was then contacted by Rochelle who said to me that I would receive a follow up call in the future from HER regarding when my vehicle would be attended to. I was promised a courtesy car, when the time came for my car to be fixed a day before ROCHELLE called saying they have problems with the courtesy car I shouldn't bring my car in and that I should wait on her call up until today she has never out of her own call me back. I called her a few times and she just said they not yet ready for me. When I called her in December she dictated to me saying WITH ATTITUDE "if you wanted your car fixed why didn't you call" So she wants me to do her job, yet she promised she would call me. I called her again on 0722014 and she gave me the same attitude without apologizing and insisted I had to call if I really wanted my car to be fixed. Yet she made the arrangements with me at first. For the record I called HER 98% of the times. SHE IS BAD FOR BUSINESS. SHE MUST DO HER WORK PROPERLY. I WANT ANSWERS BEFORE I TAKE NORTON'S AUTO SERVICES TO THE PAPERS. I NOW HAD ENOUGH.
