Why do I not get any customer service???

I towed my Renault Clio into the multifranchise on Thursday 31 Jan 2013 at 8pm.
I tried the whole of Friday to contact the service department - I spoke to a number of people, Rochelle, Luke etc who were unable to find my car or record of it.
I then got hold of Phillip the "Dealer principle" who assured me they would contact me on Monday Morning.
He called and assured me that the car would be looked at on Monday.
I was contacted by Ivan who said they will look at the car and Luke will be in contact with me.
Luke never called and I contacted him on the monday 3 times.
He then assured me again that he will contact me before 5pm on the monday.
He never called...
I called Phillip at 17h50 and asked what was going on - he assured me again someone will contact me

My Father-in-law then took over with the team at Renault - to discuss repairing the car.
I called in Thursday 7th Feb to try and find out what is happening with the car - it seems it is still not fixed as they are awaiting part etc.

My issues are:

People say they will call back - no one does.
They do not keep the client updated - I have had to call in at least 10 times to try and find out what happened to the car.
