Poor service and rudeness cannot be tolerated

I took my vehicle to get minor dents and damages repaired. When I picked up the car I found a dent that was not there when I brought this up. I informed the people at Technostar who acknowledged that it was their fault and gave me a verbal agreement that they would fix it at no cost to me. Knowing how scrupulous people can be I made a written note of the new damage on the release form, made them sign it and kept copies. That was back in November 2013. The problem now is I have been sent from pillar to post and my car has still not been fixed. I was promised I would get called to bring the car in once a courtesy car and the relevant mechanic was was available but I have never been called. When I have called to enquire about what is going on, I get sent to different people who all tell me a different story. The last call I made I threatened to get my lawyer involved where I was told by a lady called Kay that I should go ahead, that she was ready for the challenge and she would show me. it is now January 2014 and my car is still not fixed
