Charging different amount and not apologizing!!

I went to PG Glass Midrand on Saturday the 25th Jan 2014 to fit my car with a "scash and grab" protecting film. I was told by Darryln Iyappen that the cost would be R1400 but that they would not be able to assist me on the day and that I needed to make a booking. He gave me a warm and friendly service that is why I decided to call during the week to make a booking. My booking was made with Dricky Ehlers as Darryl was not available at the time. My husband took the car on the scheduled day, Monday the 3rd Feb 2014 and I later discovered that he was charged R1450 when I saw the invoice. I called on Tuesday and explained to Dricky that I was not satisfied with what has happened and did not understand why they would charge different customers different amounts for the same car. She felt I was being petty, even laughed and offered to pay the R50 out of her own pocket. I was not able to fetch the refund the following day and left a message for her and when I did get hold of her again she asked me for a 3 months bank statement!! To cut a long story short she has decided to pay me in cash again but yet there has been no apology what so ever from her or her manager about what has happened!!
