ATROCIOUS service!!!

My family had to urgently send through documentation from the U.K. They paid 70 pounds, yes SEVENTY POUNDS, thats R1270.00!!! for a letter to be sent via "speed" mail and delivered to me by Monday! On Monday morning at 7:15am the driver, Kobus called to say that he's outside, with out warning or pre announcement. I was still in the process of getting ready for the day... at 7:20am Kobus called again and said no one is outside to collect the parcel as yet.. I then informed him that I am on the way out and just to wait a few more seconds! And behold as I got outside he was no where to be found! He just left! And he didn't answer his phone when I called him! AND so the endless calling game to the call center started! only to be placed on hold for ages! This morning I received a call asking why I never CAME TO COLLECT the parcel from your offices?? I never agreed to come and collect from you! The letter finally arrived here today at 3:20pm. THREE DAYS LATE!! I feel my family in the U.K should have their money refunded by you! This is utterly unacceptable!!!
