Decided to trade in my vehicle only to receive a vehicle from them that has endless faults and problems re-occuring. The deal was rushed, to satisy the client who wanted to purchase the vehicle i was trading in (kia rio), during the lengthly time consuming process i was not treated as the main priority. This has been an on going monthly battle. Service is shocking, attitudes are terrible and this is far from over. Still waiting this case is far from closed.
I am very unhappy. Oh yes and by the way the popping sound which i was told is the float in the petrol tank has returned. Did hyundai replace it, as well as having to redo my clutch system, now i get told the brakes are going! got the vehicle on about 52000 approx its now on 60800 approx i don't do handbrake turns. I would like to know exactly who was the previous owner and why there are so many issues here, like different tires and all the other faults i have been reporting, was this vehicle in any sort of accident my service book with the vehicle is for a i 10 i drive a i 20. This is how shocking and poor the service is i have received, i created the deal for you guys and you walk all over me, no no no not any more.sort it out
