I recently purchased a 2nd hand vehicle from Imperial, and was blown away by the way that it was handled. Although Ivan (salesman) was still pretty new, he bent over backwards to make the deal as easy as possible. The DP, Ian Marsh, was very approachable, and was happy to attend to any niggles personally, especially when I found a couple of faults on the vehicle. Johan (F&I) was an absolute star, when it came to going into battle with the banks to get me the best possible deal.
When you walk in the door, you get the feeling that you're a friend who has popped in for a visit, not a 'nuisance' client.
I will quite happily purchase another vehicle from them again, when the time comes.
