They deducted an amount twice from my card and then refunded the incorrect amount (Amount quoted before treatment is not what the charge was when the treatments were completed, so we agreed on an amount). The attitude of the store manager with regards to this was less than pathetic. I then proceeded to complain about other things that weren't up to standard and they response I got to that was SHOCKING! The Client is always RIGHT... But at DBN, the client is NOTHING!!! After chatting to people about my experience, I have discovered that I am not the 1st person to have billing issues (quoted one thing and charged another), and also not the only one who's treatment was less than pleasant. They make you sign that they are in no way liable for "damages". I now know why. They have no trust in their staff! Sorbets motto is "If you are not completely satisfied with your treatment, you do not have to pay", they have qualified staff which they trust! Will never go back to another Dream Nails, What an unpleasant experience and the Customer Service is Ridiculous!
