Bad attitude leaves a sour taste

I've just visited your branch in Tyger valley to take advantage of their walk in promotion and what should have been a pleasant 15 minutes of pampering left a very sour taste in my mouth. Your nail tehcnician Yvette was not very happy about being told to assist me and her bad attitude towards me as the client was unacceptable. She seems to forget that she is not doing the public a favour but a service. Not once was I greeted or acknowledged by her. Instead she sat down and immediately said i'm only doing the french paint. When i asked her is her opinion of what it is that i need, she sulked and said well i'm only doing the french paint. Beacuse of her bad attitude, i chose to do neither. Getting your nails done is supposed to be a pleasant experience and i was not about to spend my hard earned money on someone with such a terrible attitude! I will never visit this branch of Dream Nails again thanks to your bad customer service Yvette and will be sure to share my terrible expreience received from you. Next time, put the client first!
