Dream Nails Mall @ Reds Doesn't Offer Gel Suddenly

For years I have been a loyal customer of Dream Nails Mall @ Reds.

This morning I called wanting to make an appointment for gel overlays on my finger nails to strengthen them and I was told that they don't do gel, which is so disappointing. I don't want acrylic because it keeps lifting.

I find this totally unacceptable as according to their Treatment Menu it is offered and I have had gel on my feet before?!?!
