POOR SERVICE TO RELIABLE TOYATA CUSTOMERS

I bought a car in December, but my car is still not registered and i also dont have a spare key. on the 31.01.2014 i complained to Toyota Africa website and still no feed back.

its a totally poor customer service all they want is our money and after then they dont really care anymore.
