Misleading information on website

04/02/2014 I've visited website of pestcontroller - we are looking for someone to do kewer inspection and give certificate as we are selling property. web advertise that: in 'n japtrap sal iemand jou besoek en jou voorsien van 'n inspeksie en sertifikaat. option to complete on web that consultant must contact you: it states within 15min someone will contact me... no one contacted us since yesterday... we phoned them and the lady gave a number of a guy that can help... he didn't respond to call... today I called company -lady said that they don't actually don that, but this Patrick guy can help but he actually doesn't work for them and she cant do anything about is. why do they advertise this service then... how can they recommend someone and we must make phone calls and struggle to get hold of guy... this is a service they provide so they must ask this guy to contact us... very unhappy and frustrated... how can they advertise something like this... lady at reception just kept quiet for 2 min en said there's nothing she can do...
