On the 25th Sept. I played a machine J0607 at around 6:30pm. After cashing out R3006.50 to my card, No credits were transferred to my card. The Prive desk called Jacob the slots supervisor. I took him to the machine but pointed to the wrong machine at first. Then corrected myself. We went back to the Prive desk and I was asked to wait while they investigate. After 30 minutes just get told they are investigating. My details were taken, promised a phone call in the morning. No call.2pm, 26th I called. Lebo promised to call back within an hour. No call. 3:15pm, I called back, Lebo left to go home already..
I went to Money and Jacob assisted again and I got my money.

I was made to feel like I am try to steel their money. It should take 10 minutes max. Everything is recorded and monitored. They could have just checked the last machines that my card was in. Checked if credits transferred and payed me back the same time.

First time I have really had a problem, besides never really winning. I think it's time to cut my ties with Monte and rather save my money.
