Poor management

Booked cube and requested a Friday morning, but if impossible, could try and arrange for a Thursday. Reason for morning was that had to arrange for moving company to come afterwards, they had to start painting aterwards, and the exit inspection had to be done. I received the quote and paid it way in advance. First time a called to find out the exact time they coming (in order to finalise arrangements with other parties), was told it was booked for the Thursday, even though I explicitly asked for the Friday. No call to say the Friday couldn't work. They then moved to the Friday, but still couldn't give me time as they only do the schedule the Thursday afternoon. Explained why it had to be the morning, and was advised that they will forward the request for the morning. Was then informed 15h45 on Thursday that they will be there between 3 and 5. No attempt was made to accommodate my request for the morning. Worst is that they eventually only arrived at 19h40! Due to short notice, could not cancel and find someone else. Could only move stuff in my car after they left! This poor management affected 3 other parties and completely messed up my day. Also missed half my best friends bday!
