Badly fixed car (probably not at all)

On the morning of the 22nd May 2013, my car started rattling when I was changing gears so I got my to take the car to AutoSport in Midrand for them to find the problem. They said the place was fully booked on the day however I could leave the car there and they would start with it on Thursday, of which I did. Thursday went and nothing from their side so I figured they are getting with the job. ON FRIDAY midday I decided to call so I can find out what time can I get my car only to be told the head mechanic is off for the day and my car will only be ready on Monday. I phone the manager, ON MY CELLPHONE, since they didn't have the courtesy to tell me all this. I told him my problem and he said he will speak to the guys and get back to me, this was 13h30. 15h30 I CALLED, not the "manager". Needless to say I got my car on Saturday morning... but here is the kicker. Nothing was fixed on this car. The rattling was still there, and my fifth gear was not working anymore. That was not mentioned on the R3800 invoice I paid. i booked again for Monday morning. And now it is Tuesday and I am writing this complain because apparently my car has a gearbox problem and R3800 is gone. Nice.
